The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-

Giving sworn testimony, the claimant, who had claimed to have worked for the respondent from August 2009 to May 2014, claimed that she was summarily dismissed without notice. No evidence was proffered to the Tribunal by or on behalf of the respondent.

Determination:

On the uncontested evidence of the claimant, the Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of €1384.00 (this amount being equivalent to two weeks’ gross pay at €692.00 per week) under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005
