Background
The Complainant was employed as a Bus Driver from 1st May 2003 to 25th July 2015. He was paid €575.00 net per week. He has claimed that he did not get a written statement of his terms and conditions of employment, he was unfairly dismissed and he did not receive minimum notice.

Decision:
Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
The Complainant presented complaints on 15 December 2015 under S.8 of the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977, S.11 of the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act 1973 and S.7 of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994.
I have decided that as no complaints were presented they fail for want of prosecution.
