Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background
The Complainant was employed as a Hair Dresser from 1st July 2015 to 30th January 2016. She was paid €429.00 per week. She has claimed that she is owed wages and Bank Holiday pay. Also tax ad PRSI were not returned on her behalf.

The Complainant did not attend as was not represented.

The Respondent did not attend and was not represented
Findings
I note correspondence on file of notification of the hearing sent to the Complainant and the Respondent.
I note that neither the Complainant nor Respondent attended the hearing.
I find that no complaint was presented to the hearing.
Decision:
Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I have decided that as no complaint was presented to the hearing this complaint fails for want of prosecution.
