In accordance with Section 8(1B) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977, following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.

Background
The Complainant was employed as Creche Manager from 9th July 2009 to 2nd August 2016. She was paid €1,577.00 per month. She has claimed that she was constructively dismissed and has sought compensation.
Jurisdictional Matter
It was confirmed at the hearing by both the Complainant and Respondent that the above named Respondent was not the employer.
Therefore there is no complaint against this named Respondent.
Decision:
Section 8(1B) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 requires that I make a decision in relation to the unfair dismissal claim consisting of a grant of redress in accordance with section 7 of the 1977 Act.
I have decided that this named Respondent was not the employer.
I have decided that this complaint is misconceived and so is dismissed.
