The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:

This case came before the Tribunal where the appellant was seeking implementation of the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner under the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 and 2001 reference r-14480-te-14/JW.

Both the claimant and the responded attended the hearing and confirmed that the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner was not implemented.

Accordingly, the Tribunal makes a determination to like effect as the Rights Commissioner’s recommendation that the respondent pays the claimant €900 under the Terms of Employment Information Act, 1994 to 2014.
