Procedure and Background:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I was available to inquire into the complaint and give the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
The Adjudication hearing was scheduled to take place on 18th October 2017. There was no appearance by either party at the Adjudication hearing and there was no further contact made by the parties to the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC).

Findings and Conclusions:
On the basis that neither party attended the hearing, I was unable to proceed with the complaint. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
On the basis that neither party attended the hearing, the complaint fails for want of prosecution. |
