Procedure:
On the 26th July 2016, the complainant referred a complaint to the Workplace Relations Commission pursuant to the Unfair Dismissals Act. This duplicated a previous complaint lodged by the same complainant against the same respondent (CA-00005728-001 and subject to Adjudication ADJ-00004285).
In accordance with section 8 of the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 - 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General of the Workplace Relations Commission, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.

Findings and Conclusions:
This complaint is a duplicate of the one addressed in detail in ADJ-00004285. As this is a duplicate, there is no requirement to make findings or to draw conclusions. I refer to the findings and conclusions made in ADJ-00004285. |
Decision:
Section 8 of the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 – 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the unfair dismissal claim consisting of a grant of redress in accordance with section 7 of the 1977 Act.
CA-00006331-001 As this complaint is a duplicate of the complaint reference CA-00005728-001, which is subject to a report in ADJ-00004285, the complaint in CA-00006331-001 is deemed not well-founded. |
