Background:

The case concerns a prospective Rental Property and a prospective Tenant who is in receipt of various Social Protection and Housing Assistance payments.

1: Summary of Complainant’s Case:

The Complainant did not attend the Oral Hearing and presented no evidence.

2: Summary of Respondent’s Case:

As the Complainant did not attend the Oral Hearing and no evidence was presented the Respondent was not called upon to give any rebuttal arguments.

3: Findings and Conclusions:

The Complainant did not attend the Hearing and a period after the Hearing was allowed for receipt of an explanation for non-attendance. No explanation was forthcoming.

Accordingly, I am dismissing the claim for want of prosecution.
