Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, and Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts 1969 andfollowing the referral of the complaints and dispute to me by the Director General, a Hearing was scheduled for 13th March 2018. The Complainant did not attend the scheduled Hearing.
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints CA-00016233-001 – CA-00016233-004 – CA-00016233-005. These complaints fail for lack of prosecution.
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts, 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute CA-00016233-006. This fails for lack of prosecution.
