Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.

Background:
The claimant was employed by the respondent from the 7th April 2017 until the 16th January 2018. It was submitted that he was paid €10 an hour and worked 60 hours per week.
Findings
The claimant did not attend claimant the hearing however her representative put forward various arguments of alleged breaches of the different sections of the Organisation Working Time Act 1997. The respondent for their part submitted records to support their position.
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act. I find that based on the direct evidence from the respondent the complaints are not well founded and fall.
