Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015and following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints..
Background:
The Complainant is seeking adjudication by the Workplace Relations Commission under section 7 of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994, and in that respect the Complainant alleges he was not notified in writing of a change to his terms of employment (CA-0001915-001, CA-00019150-003, CA-00019150-007 and CA-00019150-008) The Complainant is seeking adjudication by the Workplace Relations Commission under section 27 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, and in that respect the Complainant alleges he did not receive his paid holiday/annual leave entitlements (CA-0001915-004 and CA-0001915-005)

Findings and Conclusions:
Upon confirming the Complainant was on notice of the hearing of this matter on the 13th July 2018 by the Workplace Relations Commission and there being no further correspondence or contact from the Complainant this matter is dismissed for want of prosecution. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 require that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I find that the Complaints CA-0001915-001, CA-00019150-003, CA-0001915-004 and CA-0001915-005, CA-00019150-007 and CA-00019150-008 are not well founded.
