In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint (s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s).

Findings and Conclusions:
No attendance of the complainant. He did not notify the WRC of his change of address before the hearing took place. There was copy correspondence on the file notifying the parties to the complaint of the hearing date. This was dated 4th September 2017. The Respondent attended the hearing. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
As there was no attendance for the Complainant, I dismiss the claim for want of prosecution.
