Procedure:

In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 27 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).

Did not attend -no evidence presented  

2:        Summary of Respondent’s Case:

Did not attend -no rebuttal evidence presented. E mail correspondence indicated that the case had most likely been settled prior to the Hearing date.  

3:        Findings and Conclusions:

As neither party attended the Oral Hearing (and I was satisfied that notice had been served) the claim is dismissed for want of prosecution.
