The Complainant did not attend the hearing.

The Respondent did not attend the hearing.  

Findings and Conclusions:

I am satisfied that both parties were put on notice of the time, date and location of the hearing.   No explanation for the absence of either party was submitted.    

Decision:

Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.   The complaint fails for want of prosecution.
