Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
The Complainant was employed as a Project Engineer from 26th SEpyember 2016 to 16th March 2017. He was paid €4,875.00 per month. He has claimed that he did not get minimum notice. |
The Respondent consented to the change of Respondent’s legal name to Vector Workplace and Facility Management Ltd T/A Aramark Workplace Solutions
