Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, and Section 8 of the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 - 2015, andfollowing the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, a Hearing was scheduled for 30th November 2017. The Complainant did not attend the scheduled Hearing on that date.
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints.
Section 8 of the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 – 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the unfair dismissal claim
In accordance with Section 41 (5) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 I Declare the complaints under the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 – 2015, - The National Minimum Wages Act, 2000, and the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 – 2015 fails for lack of prosecution.
In accordance with Section 8(1) of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 – 2015 I declare this complaint fails for lack of prosecution.
