Procedure:
In accordance with Section 8 of the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 - 2015following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.

The respondent submits that he was not the complainant’s employer. |
Findings and Conclusions:
This adjudication reference is one of a number taken by this complainant against associated companies and company directors. I find that the complainant’s employer is the respondent identified in ADJ 348 and the substance of the complaints are addressed in that report. The respondent named in this complaint was not the complainant’s employer. |
Decision:
Section 8 of the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 – 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the unfair dismissal claim consisting of a grant of redress in accordance with section 7 of the 1977 Act.
CA-00002200-001 I find that this complaint is not well founded as the complainant was not an employee of this respondent.
