Workplace Relations Commission Adjudication Officer: Catherine Byrne
Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015, these complaints were assigned to me by the Director General. A hearing was arranged for December 5th 2017; however, neither the complainant nor the respondent attended at the WRC at the scheduled time. I established that both parties were correctly on notice of the hearing.
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
The complainant and the respondent did not attend the hearing scheduled for December 5th 2017. As he has failed to attend to establish the validity of his complaints, I conclude the investigation and find against the complainant. |
