Procedure:
In accordance with Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 - 2015, following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.

The Complainant is employed by the Respondent as a cleaner since 13th January 2017. |

There was no appearance by the Complainant at the hearing in order to evidence her complaint. She was notified of the hearing date. |

The Respondent appeared at the hearing and dispute the complaint. They seek a dismissal of the complaint. |
Findings and Conclusions:
As the Complainant has not attended the hearing in order to evidence her complaint, I am dismissing her complaint. |
Decision:
Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 – 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under section 82 of the Act.
My decision is to dismiss the complaint as the Complainant has not appeared at the hearing in order to validate her complaint. |
