Procedure:
In accordance with Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 – 2015 following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).
Background:
The Complainant submitted a claim for discrimination under the Act to the WRC on August 31s 2017. |
Decision:
Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 – 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under section 82 of the Act.
The Complainant was on notice of the Hearing and her unexplained presence at the Hearing is unreasonable to present her claim and she has failed to discharge the probative burden on her and as a result I deem the claim to be not well founded. |
