Procedure:
In accordance with Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 – 2015following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
The Complainant was employed as a Stock Controller from 11thy July 2011 to 7th July 2017. He was paid €451.60 |

The Complainant did not attend and was not represented. |
Summary of Respondent’s Case:
No complaint was presented so the Respondent did not have to state their case. |
Findings and Conclusions:
I note correspondence on file advising both parties of the venue, date and time of the hearing. I find that the Complainant did not attend and was not represented. I awaited hearing from the Complainant but no communication was made. I find that no complaint has been prosecuted. |
Decision:
Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 – 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under section 82 of the Act.
I have decided that this complaint fails because the Complainant has not prosecuted the claim.
