In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts 1969following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the dispute.

Background:

The Worker is employed as Administrator / Receptionist since 2003. She is paid €1,443.00 per month. She has appealed the sanction of the written warning an how she was treated. She is seeking the removal of the warning and compensation for the distress caused.

Another complaint was lodged ADJ 17962 which should be taken in conjunction with this.
