Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts 1969following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the dispute.

The Complainant alleged in her complaint form that fair procedures were not applied prior to her dismissal. |

The Complainant did not appear on the day of the hearing to present her case. |
Summary of Respondent’s Case:
Given that the Complainant did not appear on the day of the hearing to present her case, the Respondent had no case to answer. |
Findings and Conclusions:
Despite having been sent a letter to on 24th September 2019, with the date and time of the hearing, the Complainant did not appear on the day to present her case. Accordingly, this dispute is not well founded. |
Decision:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts, 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
Given that the dispute is not well founded, I do not recommend in favour of the complainant |
