Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and/or under Part 3 Section 20 of (European Cooperate Society)(Employee Involvement) Regulations 2007 and/or Section 67(5) of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011,following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
The Complainant worked with the respondent since November 2005. Incidents occurred at work during 2019 resulting in complaints being made by the complainant under the Industrial Relations Act and under Part 3 Section 20 of (European Cooperate Society) (Employee Involvement) Regulations 2007 and/or Section 67(5) of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. The respondent did not agree to adjudication in relation to the industrial relations issues. |

The complainant advanced no evidence in relation to complaints under Part 3 Section 20 of (European Cooperate Society) (Employee Involvement) Regulations 2007 and/or Section 67(5) of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. |

Findings and Conclusions:
As no evidence was advanced by the complainant in relation to the alleged breaches under Part 3 Section 20 of (European Cooperate Society)(Employee Involvement) Regulations 2007 and/or Section 67(5) of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011, I find that the complaint is misconceived and is not upheld. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
Part 3 Section 20 of (European Cooperate Society)(Employee Involvement) Regulations 2007 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under those Regulations
Section 67(5) of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under that Act.
