Procedure:
In accordance with Section 39 of the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 - 2014following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
The complainant started with the respondent on 1st January 2012 and his employment terminated on 13th February 2019. He claimed that he did not receive a redundancy payment, |

Despite having been informed in writing on 24th October 2019 of the time and date of the hearing, the complainant did not attend to give evidence. |

Findings and Conclusions:
