Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
The Complainant commenced employment with the Respondent on 6th October 2006, he is employed as a Security Supervisor. The Complainant remains in the Respondent’s employment. This complaint was received by the Workplace Relations Commission on 17th December 2019. |

Findings and Conclusions:
This complaint was submitted to the Workplace Relations Commission under section 6(1) of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2010. The Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 was enacted on 5th June 2018 and commenced on 30th July 2018 and provides for the repeal of the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889 to 2010. There is no jurisdiction to issue a decision under the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act of 2010. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
