1.Appeal of Adjudication Officer Decision No ADJ-00015351.
BACKGROUND:
2.In LCR 22249, the Court gave an interim Recommendation to afford the parties an opportunity to engage on the Worker’s claim. The full background and a summary of the arguments put forward by the parties are set out in that Recommendation. As the parties were unable to reach agreement, the matter was referred back to the Court for a final Recommendation.
DECISION:
