BACKGROUND:
2.The Employee appealed the Decision of the Adjudication Officer to the Labour Court on 15 April 2020 in accordance with Section 8 (1) of the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 to 2014. A remote Labour Court hearing was scheduled on 16 October 2020 . the following is the Decision of the Court:-
DETERMINATION:
This is an appeal of an Adjudication officers Decision under the Terms of Employment (information) Acts, 1994 to 2012 by Mr Istvan Szurovecz the Complainant. The Adjudicator found against the Complainant who lodged an appeal of the decision with the Labour Court on 15th April 2020 . A remote hearing was scheduled for 16thOctober 10.00am. The Complainant did not attend the hearing therefore the appeal must fail. The Decision of the Adjudication Officer stands. The Court so Determines.
