Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
The Complainant was employed with the Respondent as a Childcare Assistant from 14th February 20118 until 2nd May 2019. |
Summary of Complainant’s Case:
CA-0030536-001 The Complainant did not receive her statutory minimum notice on termination of her employment. CA-0030536-002 The Complainant was not paid her wages between 19th March and 1st May 2019 of €2,334.00. CA-0030536-003 The Complainant did not receive her holiday entitlements of €258.48. CA-0030536-004 The Complainant did not receive her paid annual leave entitlement. There was no appearance by the Complainant. |

There was no appearance by or on behalf of the Respondent. |
Findings and Conclusions:
I am satisfied that the Complainant was informed in writing of the date, time and place at which the hearing to investigate the complaint would be held. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary having been adduced before me, I must conclude that the complaint is not well-founded.

Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
