SUBJECT:

1.Alleged Bullying and Unfair Dismissal

BACKGROUND:

2.The Worker referred this case to the Labour Court on 19 October, 2017 in accordance with Section 20 (1) of the Industrial Relations Act, 1969, and agreed to be bound by the Court’s Recommendation. A Labour Court hearing took place on 4 March, 2021.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Complainant failed to attend the Court hearing on 4 March 2021.

The Court is satisfied that notice with the relevant time and date of the hearing was sent to her.

The claim falls due to the failure of the Worker to pursue her claim and the Court recommends that the issue be regarded as closed.
