FULL RECOMMENDATION
SECTION 26(1), INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT, 1990 PARTIES : ARAMARK NORTHERN EUROPEAN HQ (REPRESENTED BY IRISH BUSINESS AND EMPLOYERS' CONFEDERATION) - AND - CATERING STAFF (REPRESENTED BY SERVICES INDUSTRIAL PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL UNION) DIVISION :
SUBJECT: 1.Living Wage, Sunday Premium, Overtime, Laundry Allowance, Service Recognition, Time Off for Union Representatives , Guaranteed Weekly Hours. Therefore, the Court recommends that the parties re-engage with the assistance of the WRC immediately and that further attempts be made by both parties to resolve all issues between them. If there are issues which, following such engagement, cannot be resolved by a date of one month from the date of this Recommendation, the parties may refer such issues back to the Court. If there are matters being referred to the Court at that point, the Court emphasises the desirability, for all parties, of ensuring that there is clarity as to what issues are being referred and that there is clarity on the positions of the respective parties regarding any such issues when conciliation is concluded.
