In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended)following the referral of the dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute(s).
Background:
A hearing was arranged for the 18th of May 2022 and the worker failed to attend at the hearing |

The worker failed to attend the hearing and to present his case relating to CA-00042541-23; 24;25 and 26. |

The employer attended the hearing |
Conclusions:
As the worker failed to attend the hearing I cannot find in his favour.

Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
As the worker failed to attend the hearing no recommendation can be made.
