Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
The Complainant submitted a number of complaints and duplicate complaints as above.
Having been notified of the date, time and venue for the hearing convened to consider his complaints, the Complainant did not attend the hearing or offer any explanation for his failure to attend.
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act. As provided for in Section 41 (13) and (14) (b), I have determined that the decision in this case will not identify the parties. In the absence of the Complainant attending the hearing to give evidence in the case, I have decided that his complaints are not well founded.
