Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act,following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
The complainant submitted complaints in relation to wages, redundancy and employment equality. He did not attend the hearing convened to consider his complaints and he did not provide an explanation for his non attendance.
Findings and Conclusions:
The complainant, having been notified of the time, date and venue for the hearing convened to consider his complaints, did not attend the hearing. I therefore find his complaints to be not well founded.
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints.
I have decided that the complaints are not well founded.
