Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts 1969following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The Worker submitted a complaint form to the WRC on 19 January 2022. In the complaint form, she stated that she began taking parental leave one day a week on 1 February 2021. It was asserted that contrary to her terms and conditions of employment, the Employer begun deducting 20% of her out of hours allowance, which resulted in a loss of approximately €1,300. |

Findings and Conclusions:
As the Worker did not attend to give evidence, I cannot make a recommendation in relation to the dispute. |

Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts, 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
In the absence of any evidence having been presented, I cannot make a recommendation in relation to the dispute. |
