Date of Adjudication Hearing: 08/02/2023
Workplace Relations Commission Adjudication Officer: Emile Daly
Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints
Background:
No appearance at Adjudication hearing |
Summary of Complainant’s Case:
No appearance at Adjudication hearing |
Summary of Respondent’s Case:
No appearance at Adjudication hearing |
Findings and Conclusions:
No evidence heard due to non-attendance of parties at Adjudication hearing. Having been satisfied that the parties were on notice of the hearing but failed to attend or otherwise explain their absence I found each of these complaints to be not well founded. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
On the basis of the reasons recorded I find that complaints CA-00051989-001, CA-00051989-002, CA-00051989-003, are not well founded.
