Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended)following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The Worker was employed as an engineer by the Respondent. The Worker referred a dispute to the Workplace Relations Commission on 21st December 2021. |

There was no appearance by or on behalf of the Worker. |
Summary of Employer’s Case:
There was no appearance by or on behalf of the Employer. |
Conclusions:
The dispute was received by the Director General of the Workplace Relations Commission on 21st December 2021. The complaint was assigned the complaint application number CA-00054011.
The said dispute was referred to me for investigation. A hearing for that purpose was arranged for 25th October 2022.
There was no appearance by or on behalf of the Worker.
There was no appearance by or on behalf of the Employer. |
