In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended)following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute. Neither the Worker nor Employer attended the hearing.

The Worker submitted a complaint regarding bullying and harassment procedures. |

Conclusions:
I am reasonably satisfied that the Worker and Employer received adequate notice of the time and date of the hearing. In the absence of the Worker not attending the hearing I could not investigate the dispute under section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 |
Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute. I do not recommend the concession of any claim under the Act on account of the non-attendance by the Worker at the hearing.
