Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The worker lodged this claim under the Industrial Relations Act 1968. The within claim related to a written warning issued to the worker following a disciplinary procedure. The worker was later dismissed and that dismissal is the subject of a separate claim under the Unfair Dismissals Act. There are also separate claims in respect of the Terms of Employment Information Act as well as a claim of penalization. All matters were dealt with at the hearing.

Findings and Conclusions:
The claim was withdrawn at hearing and consequently I make no recommendation in respect of this matter. |
Decision:
