Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the disputes to me by the Director General, I inquired into the disputes and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the disputes.
Non-Attendance of Worker
As the Worker failed to attend the Hearing and I was satisfied that proper notice of date, time and place had been served I set the case aside as not Properly Founded.
The Case is struck out.
Conclusions:
In conducting my investigation, I have taken into account all relevant submissions presented to me by the parties.
The case is Struck Out as not Properly Founded as the Worker failed to appear to give any evidence and no mitigating reasons on his behalf were received by the WRC.

Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
No Recommendation is made as the case was Struck Out.
