Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
These claims were listed for hearing before me at the Offices of the Workplace Relations Commission on the 11th of September 2023. On that date there was no appearance by or on behalf of the Complainant. The Respondent appeared and was represented by its solicitors. The Respondent was in a position to proceed. On being satisfied that the Complainant had been notified of the time, date and venue for the Adjudication Hearing, I proceeded in the absence of the Complainant. |
