In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute(s).

Summary of Workers Case:
There was no appearance by or on behalf of the Worker at the adjudication hearing. |
Summary of Employer’s Case:
There was no appearance by or on behalf of the Employer. |
Conclusions:
In conducting my investigation, I have taken into account all relevant submissions presented to me by the parties.
Neither party appeared at the adjudication hearing. I am satisfied that both parties were notified of the time, date and venue fir the adjudication hearing.
I do not recommend in favour of the Worker who did not appear to present her case.

Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
The Workers claim is not well-founded.
