Procedure:

In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.

Background:

The Complainant filed her complaint with the Workplace Relations Commission 21 September 2023.

Summary of Complainant’s Case:

There was no appearance by Complainant at the hearing.

Summary of Respondent’s Case:

There was no appearance by Respondent at the hearing.

Findings and Conclusions:

After reviewing the file I am satisfied that the parties were on notice of the hearing date. I waited a reasonable amount of time but there was no appearance by either party.

Decision:

Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.

I find that this complaint is dismissed for want of evidence from either side.
