Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Although, I am satisfied that the Complainant was on notice of the time and date of the hearing, he did not attend to give evidence.
Background:
In his complaint form, the Complainant stated that he was not notified in writing of a change to his terms and conditions of employment. |

The Complainant did not attend the hearing to give evidence. |

As Complainant did not attend the hearing to give evidence, the Respondent did not present any evidence. |
Findings and Conclusions:
As the Complainant did not attend the hearing to give evidence, I find that this complaint is not well founded. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I find that the complaint is not well founded for the reasons set out above. |
