Procedure:
In accordance Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act following the referral of the complaint and dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the dispute.
Background
The issues in contention concerned a Nursing Home and a Care Worker.
The employment began on the 4th December 2023 and ended on the 18th December 2023.
Non-Appearance of Parties.
Neither Party attended the Oral hearing, No communication was received by the WRC in this regard. Full notice of the Time, Date and Place of the Hearing was properly served. A period of some weeks was allowed post the Hearing for possible explanatory communication from either Party. None was received.
Recommendation

Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act requires that I make a Recommendation in relation to the dispute in accordance with the relevant redress provisions of the cited Act.
The Recommendation is that the Dispute is deemed, in the absence of any evidence, Not Properly Founded and be dismissed.
