Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute(s).
Background:
The Worker failed to attend at the hearing. |
Summary of Workers Case:
No case was presented by the Worker. |
Summary of Employer’s Case:
The Employer was in attendance and arising from the worker’s absence they could not participate in the hearing. |
Conclusions:
In conducting my investigation, I have taken into account all relevant submissions presented to me by the parties.
I am satisfied that the worker was informed of the date, place and time of the hearing at the email provided and based on his consent to communicate by email. I can make no recommendation as the worker failed to attend. |
Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
I find no merit in the trade disputes referred under the Act as the worker failed to attend and to present his case.
