Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
The Complainant commenced employment with the Respondent as a Plumber on 30 December 2024. On 28 May 2025, she referred a complaint to the WRC stating that she was not paid the wages she was entitled to be paid by the Respondent. |

The Complainant did not attend the hearing to give evidence in relation to her complaint |

The Respondent did not attend the hearing to give evidence in relation to the complaint. |
Findings and Conclusions:
As the Complainant did not attend the hearing to give evidence in relation to her complaint, I find that the complaint is not well founded. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I find that the complaint is not well founded for the reasons set out above. |
