A revised release of the Workplace Relations Complaint Form has now been launched. This release incorporates both the new Employment Regulation Orders for the Security and Contract Cleaning Sectors and the change under the Equal Status legislation in relation to Housing Assistance, along with other technical changes.
Users who may have saved a blank copy of an earlier release of the form on their PC, Laptop or other device should ensure that they use this new release (v.10 - shown at the foot of the form) if submitting further complaints.
