As an employer you’ll learn about your obligations to your employees and what to do should they be dealing with challenges in or outside work, like what time off is available to them for maternity, parental or carer’s leave?
The WRC provides many services to help you resolve issues in the workplace.
Finally, did you know under Equal Status legislation, if you have faced discrimination when being provided goods or services or have been refused housing by a landlord because you were in receipt of housing or social welfare benefit you can take a complaint to the WRC? If you feel you’ve been discriminated against, come to talk to us.
