The Labour Court hears all appeals of Adjudication Officer’s decisions of the Workplace Relations Commission in all disputes arising under industrial relations and employment rights enactments.
The Circuit Court hears appeals of all decisions by adjudication officers under the Equal Status Acts. It also hears appeals from determinations made by the Employment Appeals Tribunal on a complaint presented under the Unfair Dismissals Act lodged before 1 October, 2015.
The High Court hears appeals on a point of law of determinations made by the Labour Court under the various industrial relations and employment rights enactments.
